Privacy.

• Account: your email address, the name you enter, a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, never readable by us) and when you signed in.
• Tokens and purchases: every token movement, and for each purchase the pack, the amount, the VAT and country, the order number and the references Stripe gives us.
• Billing details you give at checkout: name and billing address (and a VAT number, where VAT applies). These are entered on Stripe's page and stored by Stripe; card numbers never reach us.
• Your photos and the product names you type, and the images we generate from them.
• Technical data: your IP address and the errors and timings of requests, used to keep the service up and to limit abuse.

• To deliver what you bought: the contract with you.
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records: a legal obligation.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and enforce limits: our legitimate interest.
• To answer your messages: the contract, and our legitimate interest in helping you.

We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Supabase: accounts and the database.
• Stripe: payments, invoices and VAT.
• The AI providers that render images and read product names: OpenAI, Google and Alibaba Cloud, depending on the engine in use.
• Our hosting provider.

Some of them operate outside the European Union. Where they do, transfers rest on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Marketplace price checks look at public listings and send no personal data.

• Uploaded photos and results: deleted from our servers shortly after processing. Your gallery is stored in your own browser, under your control.
• Account data: for as long as your account exists.
• Purchases and invoices: ten years, as Italian tax law requires, even after the account is closed.
• Technical logs: a short time, days to weeks.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to francescopalandra@icloud.com; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or to the supervisory authority of the country you live in.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we say so on the site or by email before the change applies.
