What is a token?
One token is one finished studio photo of your item, with the marketplace price check included. Tokens sit in your account until you use them and never expire.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No VAT is charged: the seller is a private individual and these sales fall outside the scope of Italian VAT (art. 5 DPR 633/72). The price on the card is what you pay, and the invoice says so.
Do I get an invoice?
Every purchase comes with a numbered invoice, emailed to you the moment the payment goes through and always available under Tokens & billing.
How do refunds work?
A pack you haven't used can be refunded from Tokens & billing within 14 days, straight back to the card you paid with. Once tokens from it have been spent, write to us and we'll sort it out case by case.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and PayPal, depending on your country and device.
Is paying here safe?
Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider used by millions of businesses.
